>>11154982Actually you cannot "throw a fire" or even simply "throw fire" anywhere, as fire is not a physical object but a chemical reaction. Combustion happens when oxygen molecules combine exothermally with a fuel. Thus you cannot "throw" fire or flame, you can only throw fuel. However the fire, or combustion reaction, will continue to exist on the fuel's trajectory, as long as there is sufficient oxygen and heat. (Remember the movie Fahrenheit 451? That's the temperature, in Imperial units, at which paper fibers begin to break down and combine with oxygen: in other words, burn. Kind of gives the title a new meaning, huh?)
