I'm not 99% sure if this belongs here but anyway.

How do astronauts sleep? Do they strap themselves on a bed to keep floating away or do they sleep while floating? What's the sleeping rhythm? Is it normal like night sleep or something else? Also is the "night-day cycle" usually based on some timezone on earth or do they have their own?
