Sure the structure is a bit different, yours is centralised, totalitarian, and bound to a vulgar mechanical materialist way of seeing the universe.
So you'd need to learn their mythos and culture to explain it, as well as looking closely at their lifestyle and society to find references. It won't be explained that well because you're basically trying to explain your mythos in terms of theirs, but you see they have different terms and for them to 'get it' they'll need to get your mythos and withhold theirs. It's not like explaining the universe, it's modelling steeped in numerous social, mathematical and philosophical assumptions developed across history.
