Hi /sci, mech eng here, i got a problem for you, hope somebody have some idea:
I got a 3d free-form model which have non-constant wall thickness. I would like to remove the regions where the thickness is less than x mm.
How do i do this? I would like to see a geometric operation as a solution, but i have no good idea. Is there even a geometric solution for this?
It is in CAD and while i got wall-thickness analysis, it just shows me, which region should be removed and i don't want to *manually* remove the region, but somehow generate it.
Pic related, my part is something like this.
