There absolutely is a way for us to achieve the stoppage of human physical decay and entropy. When humanity makes more advancements into genetic research,nano technology, molecular biology. I mean your cells still take damage from background radiation and such. Whether your cells are rapidly dividing a lot will not fix that problem if they are just replicating cells that are being continuously damaged. Stop physical decay would be a long ways away if at all even possible. And if it was it would be likely be impractical.
