Just as a thought experiment, say it finally became accepted in mainstream academia that certain population have lower IQ's than others, and thus will remain relatively poor and dysfunctional. Would it be plausible sometime in the next 50 years that there could be efforts to edit the genes of certain racial groups to select for better traits among them?
