I think they could identify right handed decently, but also get a shitload of false positives from lefties, as well as missampling positive lefts.
Either way, that's all based on brain activity during certain activities, not just a scan like in OP's image. no way to tell anything with that, even sex varies too much to be definitive, but could make an "ok" guess. no good technician would bet on that guess though
