I have this dream of buying a large sum of land in this part of Greenland to dig a canyous hole and make a self-sustaining mini colony.

This would require:
> quite a lot of digging
> the instillation of solar panels
> the instillation of windmills
> the instillation of watermills of the coast
> The instillation of heated and insulated buildings
> a team leading the evolution of residents so that over the span of 40 years they are more adept and conditioned for dry cold conditions
> eco-houses to grow food
> satellites
> ham radio towers
> military base with Airfoce, Spaceforce and Navy

How likely are these things to work? We have the technology to make environmentally friendly societies but realistically they aren't going to happen unless we make them in a brand new country that can fend from investors who want to use it for cheap production.
