You can't boost it, but properly taking care of your mental health allows you to work at your optimal performance, which would already be years ahead your average joe's output even if you had 105 IQ or some other mediocre score

Just clarifiying that by "average joe" I don't necessarily mean someone with average IQ, but someone with an average mental health condition. Most people with 115-125 IQ could do impressive things if they tapped into their full potential, but they're usually fucked up in the head like everybody else

IQ is not everything buddy. I have a 129 IQ but suffer from short term memory loss so technically you should have a higher chance of a successful outcome in life with a much lower IQ score.
