When you start having ego death (when you depersonalize), you start hallucinating certain patterns as other entities. Craziest thing I've ever seen was when I was on 600ug and too much weed for my own good. I hallucinated a tissue on a dark colored carpet as a man floating aimlessly in space. My last trip which scared me sober was even more bizarre. I took 350ug of ETH-LAD and imagined the world as a grid of hexagons that interacted much like tiles in a strategy game would.
You also experience time dilation, in other words, 5 minutes can feel like an eternity. If you're having a bad trip this can cause a lot of anxiety, but it's really nice sometimes.
