I've been thinking a LOT about time lately. And it led me to the realization of something that I want to make sure could, hypothetically, happen. Because everything we know about how the universe works would still work if time were going backwards, doesn't that mean that at some point there could be life in the universe that experiences time backwards?

Our brains require time to pass in order to do anything. The reason we experience time going forward is because the processes in our brains work in a cause-and-effect-like fashion. If you had a timeline with points plotted from 1 second to 10 seconds, our brains work in a way that puts the cause at 1 second and the effect at 2 seconds. Since brains are effectively biological computers and computers can be made in a large variety of ways; couldn't there be a 'biological computer' which works in a way that puts the cause at 2 seconds and the effect at 1? As long as all other conditions were met to create complex life going backwards in time, it would be possible wouldn't it?
