>>11131359Meditation is more of a technique based after the event that requires discipline and concentration and that I doubt if it's really effective or people just conditioning themselves to something they could by doing fullfilling tasks like reading, writing, designing or simply being around with friends.
As stated, this is something no one can teach you, what people can do is tell you how they do it and try to see things how they see them but don't expect for that to simply work.
The only real thing that I know works is having patience but not for things that are external to you(for example: Waiting for the adequate moment to start doing a task) but for yourself, and being more specific expect to fail, a lot, and expect that despite your best efforts you will commit the same mistakes again and overall you will not reach 100% exactitude until quite some time has passed, naturals are rare and specialized in a few things so starting with this assumption that you will fail should give you the revelation that what matters is not if we manage to achieve what we want or not but rather what we do when we don't, and after many times you should start becoming proficient.
Also, expose yourself to new things, and understand that it's about the road and not the finish line, the more you expose to new things the more you will adjust your mindset to facing the unknown and know how to act, for example: You can do one project lab in an excel table and be done with it or you can do it with R, even if it's not required, because the end result it's nicer and because you learn R and more importantly, how to teach yourself new basic skills in a short time, the only limit to this is that experience is always limited to the specific task from witch you learnt it, but it's holistic so you will learn much more than just one thing and things that you can't even name.
And even if those 2 things above don't work for you, well your learnt something new too.
