I have brown eyes (think milk chocolate colored) but want a little bit of coloration like pic. My father has light brown eyes, whereas my grandmother had opaque blue.

I've been reading about foods that claim to "change" eye color (olive oil, honey, onions, spinach, etc) but after a bit of further reading I'm convinced that this is more of a clickbait for what's actually the lightening of eyes rather than the change.

I don't buy into the psychokinesis bs, or dripping honey+lemon juice into your eyes as I'd rather not have bloodshot eyes.
