What are the strong points of this book? I heard some really good things about it, but at the same time heard the exercises were too trivial. Can anyone tell me more about where it excels and where it's not good enough?

There's also another intro that people recommend called 'How to Prove It', I don't know much about this one though, but how does it compare to Book of Proof? Thanks in advance.
