How would you go about creating a box capacitor with a charge contained within it. Whenever you create a charge an opposite charge is always created.
So if you generate the charge within the box the sum of the charge will be zero and no net charge will be conveyed to outer layer.
But if you took a charged a box and then sealed it within a dielectric barrier for it to begin polarizing the dielectric and fitted that into another conductive box. Will you have a capacitor that can only discharge with it comes into direct contact with out side opposite charges?
