If it's the physical structure of neurons in no there is no guarantee that you even survive after you die as the arrangements of your neurons is permanently lost to time.
If Consciousness comes from the pattern itself in which your brain operates then there may be a slight possibility and that pattern may emerge once again but likely without any sort of connection to your previous life if you can even call it yours. much like the atoms that you use your body now eventually become Atoms used for something else. It's a pattern that continues with or without your conscious awareness.
If Consciousness is a wave function of quantum States then you'd have to prove that those Quantum States exist outside of your brain. Which there are no studies that can support such a claim.
If Consciousness exists outside of the brain you need to prove that there is a medium that exist in tandem with the brain that stores information. If there is no information storage outside of the brain then likely your consciousness dies with your brain.
I am optimistic about the idea of a type of quantum solution for this problem but also accept the fact that the evidence does not look good as you cannot use the lack of evidence one way or another as a proof of existence. This simply becomes belief or an untested hypothesis.
So I wouldn't bet your life on the idea that you get a second try.
