The arrow used to indicate movement. Arrows are only used in human civilization because we evolved from hunter gatherers as a predator that hunted species and an arrow point literally coming from our bow and arrow hunting techniques is what gave it its symbolism for forwards movement. Non-predator species or species that didn't have the gravity/environment necessary to develop bow based hunting will never understand this.
the drawings of the humans in relation to the probe. There is no indication that other species would understand fake "depth" based drawings like this. Especially since most ancient drawings humans themselves made were very "flat" with no overlap. Hinting towards this technique being culturally ingrained and taught. Not something someone would understand intuitively.
All-in-all this plaque is extremely useless except for establishing a timing method and a semi-usable stellar map.
