Increased co2 has produced about a 1% disturbance in the earth’s energy budget. Which is no greater than what is normally produced by relatively small changes in cloud cover or ocean circulations. The warming from 1919-1939 was almost identical to the warming from 1978-1998. and since then there has been almost total slowdown of warming since 1998 which has been coined “the pause” If rapidly increasing co2 was the only cause for warming why would there be slow downs and pauses in temperature rises?

Also why would there by an almost identical increase in temperature from 1919-1939 to the one from 1979-1998? Wouldn't it just be a linear line just like the increase in CO2? Would this imply that there is another warming factor going on besides the increase of CO2 that we are not factoring in?

I'm honestly just looking for some opinions on this as I'm confused.
