I don't really know if this experience is paranormal, I don't believe in things, but I would love to find out why or how this is happening and if other people can replicate it!?
I used to do something stupid as a child while lying down on my bed, where I looked at a light bulb almost closing my eyes such that a narrow slit remained open in between my eye lids. If you don't blink for a while your eye gets tears and then you can see a black and white image, I am assuming the tears form a sort of lens and magnify the tears a lot. I didn't know what these were at first so I thought I could look inside my eyes but later when I looked at microscopic images of tears I realized I was looking at those. I don't know why they were black and white though.
The "paranormal" thing about this is when I was recently doing this again, I did it without any light source and I saw instead an image overlay on top of what I was already looking at (I was sitting in a grass field, so I was looking at grass), I saw beads of Light bouncing around, my best description of them sums up to small bright yellow coloured dots of light that leave a trail of the same colour and bounce off of each other. It all happens on the same 2D plane and I'm sure it happens outside my body (eyes) because when I move my head around I can see the image shifting.
After a while I have managed to narrow down process of getting to observe this randomness by simply straining my eyes for a while in the right way, but it definitely takes me time (first time was around 40 mins of simply sitting) and I don't think it has happened to me during the night.
Am I hallucinating? I don't take any medications or drugs, never have had any mental conditions in the past, I am fully awake usually around noon when I try this out and I am outside.
The image is what it looks like but only on a single plane and with light trails, I don't own the image I took it from google images.
