Anyone with a kid knows to live anywhere besides SF because otherwise they're going to be randomly assigned a school with complete strangers, sometimes adults doing remedial work. This is not the case in any of the six counties around SF and is why people move there.
It's literally why Silicon Valley exists, because people upset at SF doing this in the 60s left for San Jose, Palo Alto, and now fuckin Milpitas. Even Stockton has better schools and Stockon is both bankrupt and 60% black.
