depends how frequently it is taken, if it builds up then yeah. 5htp is just something you need to take after doing certain drugs.

Can cause heart valve problems. The white blood cell increase bothers me because I have constant NPT that disturbs sleep and that explains it.

Not sure, but there's absolutely no reason to take that crap. Most supplements are complete scams. You shouldn't be taking medicine if you don't have a disease
