Heres a trend ive noticed:
Alpha males have long haired girlfriends
Beta males have short haired girlfriends
is there an evolutionary explanation behind this?
I hypothesize it is because the higher up you are in the social hierarchy the more children you will be able to sustain and women with longer hair are more fertile than their short haired counterparts. Something else ive noticed that the higher you go up in any given human social hierarchy the more the greater the sexual dimorphism.
