>>11117837Lucky for you you most likely wont ever have it again. iirc 50% of people have a sleep paralysis once in their lives but only 1% have multiple somehow.
I had mine and it was kinda fun cause I was imagining a bunch of music and voices that weren't there so I just kinda rolled with it.
My roommate has them all the time though and sometimes it does fuck her up still...
>>11117809I have a few recurring nightmares but I wouldnt call them bad. I think they have the same appeal as really intense horror movies to me or something.
One is where I find an underground labyrinth hidden in my parents basement (sometimes strange basements as well) with narrow passages that I have to pass through and usually something thats chasing me or that I have to chase. Usually Ill find some room, leave it and then spend the rest of the dream trying to find that room again without success.
The second one I always end up killing someone early on and am then on the run from the cops but I end up having to kill more people to cover it up and it spirals out of control. These are usually the dreams where I get the thought that I actually might be in a dream, but instead of the dream turning lucid I desperately try to wake up but fail and Im then convinced that it isnt a dream after all and my life is fucked now. Always weird waking up from these cause really how can I ever be certain that Im not dreaming? I know that reading text or clocks is impossible inside of dreams but since that's not something that I think of when dreaming this information might as well be part of the dream Im in now...
