Looking east in Pennsylvania, and slightly south, near 3 stars in a line (belt of Orion?) sorry for bad pic it’s orange in color, the reason I asked is i was taking out the trash and it pulsated/looked like it grew briefly then went back to normal for 10-15 seconds and freaked me out
