>>11115817so you're complaining about why elementary school teachers are poor quality? the government pays them and the salaries they offer are not nearly high enough when people with advanced degrees in science are courted strongly by corporations. if you wanted to change that, the easy solution is to pay the people who educate children and young adults substantially more so that the people who are teaching them are actually who we would want to teach them, as opposed to what we have now, who are sorely underqualified for what "we" would want in an ideal world
