as i understand, neuroplasticity means that my brain can be changed, but what does that mean? can i for example, teach my brain how to "like" stuff? and if possible, is there any proven method that can help me on that?
for example, i know exercise is important and consciously i want to do it, but any time i start lifting or running or whatever, a part of my brain can't stop saying "damn i hate this". I see a lot of people going to the gym and really loving it, spending every second of their free time training, is that just discipline or is their brain telling them while training "hey this is fun, you do enjoy this"?? can i teach my brain to like things? studying for example?
i'm looking for proven methods that can help me change my brain
