Quantum mechanics is not incompatible with determinism and even if it was, it has nothing to do with free will existing or not. Our brains operate on a scale where quantum mechanics is not required to explain them.

You can model neurons and their functions without using quantum mechanics in a deterministic fashion. The randomness arising from QM interactions isn't important.
