How do I prepare for serious undergraduate Mathematics ? I am enrolling in a rigorous B.Math course next summer,suggest me some rigorous theory as well as problem books to work through

idk, Spivak's calculus is pretty good. The fact that you're asking for advice here shows you won't get past the first couple of chapters anyway, though.
