What happens when you have a giant tube with a removable lit ontop. And you submerge it in the ocean so it is full with water. Then you pull it upwards with the water inside it. Then extend it all the way into space. And then you open the removable lit...

What woud happen?

The water would boil before you got it high enough and even if the top os perfectly sealed. The pressure would be far below its vapor pressure.

You mean roughly 10 meters above the natural water surface. If you have a pool in Colorado you can still do this trick with slight variation based on air pressure.

Vacuum in most cases. The fish usually don't like to hang out in the tube but can be motivated into going in by dumping their food in the tube, usually using a curved pole with a pod on the end that opens to let out food.
