Science is always right. You should always believe it, and the only time you should believe a study is false is when they have a new study that proves the previous study wrong.
Effectively the burden of proof was shifted to the rebutter. Instead of something being assumed wrong, a new study is assumed true and you're a neanderthal if you don't believe it, until the very moment it is rebutted. And then the theory that takes its place must immediately be believed until it is rebutted.
