Say I have water container A and water container B. Since I can wet the water container A with extra water from water container B, then the Internet is totally wrong saying that "water can never be wet because it only wets other things"

What does being wet even mean? Doesn't by just simply being in any sort of atmosphere make you wet? Is wet some defined number?

It's simple. Wet is whatever in contact with water. Therefore only if you have only 1 molecule of water you have water that is not wet, for 2 molecules and up water is wet.
