•Fundamental Nutrition.
>Vitamins, minerals, protein, omega 3, antioxidants, extra metabolites for cellular energy and hormones and neurochemicals (epinephrine, dopamine, and serotonin) ..
•Further Food, Beverage, and Compounds: Types, Effects, and Benefits.
>Extracts, powders, crops / DIY, recipes, methods ..
>Also relevant: Specific outcomes and their co-/chemicals.
•Living Potentiation: Situations, Scenarios, Options, and Money.
>(Not necessarily "your job" – automation is plausible for making all positions extraneous – but maybe "what gets you from associating with low status, to high"). Money is obviously a huge subtopic, but these types of threads are great for discussing such specifics to much extent. An example is the variety of "colorful" opportunities mentioned / alluded to on BHW.
•Getting a First World Lifestyle.
>(Strength, flexibility, cardio, and especially nutrition are some of the largest definers of QoL – energy levels, personality, social interest and investment, skillfulness, and other aspects of genetic expression are very much deriving from nutrients and timing. Most "things" are vastly improvable or even are ~perfectable with abundant nutrition .. But (!) a few things such as pests and parasites are beyond "reasonable" conditions. Specifiably: The likelihood of parasitic propagation is so huge amongst birds; the meat industry; sashimi; *any* types of *rare* meat, even beef; and repeated and non-sanitized usage of food machinery ..).

The simple possibilities of subtopics and DIY, such as "survival" and "home living" derivations (from industrial-supplied, self-produced, and/or nature substrates), are obviously "dense" – e.g., "laboratory setups"; "cheaper, homemade appliances"; "'proprietary' electronics alternatives" – but science, media, and entertainment are still so amateur that it's both productive and simple.
