Nofap is a meme, really you should try and reduce your porn consumption as it leads to warped expectations from women and can strain potential relationships because you will never be sexually fulfilled, especially as you can imagine fucking a different girl every time you fap which isnt always a possibility with girls you meet. You can look up the graph that shows a steep spike after about the 5th day of abstinence, which then peaks at the 7th day and quickly dies down until the 9th day, where testosterone falls flat but still about post-ejaculatory levels. But that's not the only effect, each time you ejaculate you get a spike in prolactin, which basically kills your motivation to do anything.
