If Chris Langan is really as smart as he thinks he is, he would accept the reality that he was or is mistaken, update his conclusions in the presence of conclusive evidence, and move on from his silly bullshit.

Chris Langan seems to be an experiment to evaluate how much power of authority a person is granted by the quality of their alleged IQ alone.
Anyone with two brain cells will conclude that his theory is nonsense, yet he lures in followers the same way that Bill Nye or Niel Degrass Tyson does it. He is strategically placed on this pedestal of authority.
