What the hell are these things doing over Puerto Rico? They were here in the year after 2017 hurricane to provide internet connectivity. This isn’t really an issue anymore as far as I know in 2019. Why are they still flying? NO ANSWERS ON THEIR WEBSITE. Can I grab free WiFi off it? In Jan 2019 they partnered with a Canadian satellite company. They also circumnavigate the globe as far as I know. You can find them on any air traffic tracker marked with an HBAL tag.
