This is true legally but is not true physically or intellectually. Men ARE physically stronger than women. SJW insist trans-women ARE women, but when they compete with women they DOMINATE them because in reality they are NOT women.
Educating all races in the same way does NOT work as standardized testing has shown consistently for decades, but SJW refuse to acknowledge that races have different standard intelligences.
The average African black is less intelligent than other races, BUT this does not mean the 10 smartest people in the world are not all poor African females, only that on average Africans are less intelligent. Rather than try and teach Africans the same as other races they should be taught the same way we teach mentally slow people in first world nations.
