>>11108074GPA doesn't always matter. Most places will tell you what you need to know and work through stuff with you to teach you how to do your job. They really (usually) just care that you have your degree. Interviews are way more important, if you're an autist, they don't care if you have a 4.0 and a PhD, you won't function in an office.
Also, you're cheap labor if you have no prior experience and are just out of college. You might get lowball offers because of that, but if you do your job well, you can get promotions or switch jobs once you get a portfolio/resume that reflects how much you're worth having around.
