In fact, if the right side were real and in production, the net energy cost of making them and maintaining them will far outweigh the left side by a massive margin. The right side will only be good for small power uses in remote areas where tiny amounts of power is needed. Like for beacons or burst communication devices. Nothing of real power can be used.
