I wouldn't do it. The vast majority of people who have difficulty with calc 2 and 3 is because they didn't fully understand calc 1 by cramming or rushing through it. And given the fact calculus concepts and theorems will be used in other math fields, it is wise that you fully grasp calc 1, 2, and 3.
Whatever you do, just make sure you fully understand the concepts and theorems and learn to derive fundamental derivatives for functions and then memorize them (finding derivatives for funfamrntal functions every single time is too time consuming).
