How come when affirmative action is mentioned, people only talk about blacks and Hispanics?

Why arent women ever brought up? In standardized testing, they score lower than men. There's always a chance a bunch of them are not qualified to enter especially if the application pool is shallow.

They realize men stick together to fraternise but also rob eachother. I always found the easiest way to learn the sociological impact of the two sexes by their social group gatherings. And how in some social groups males hang out in the kitchen and in others how females hang out in the kitchen. Perhaps it is evolved and adjusted by placement of liquor. But it has a compounded effect in the social stream. Either way it gives insights as to the performance of males and females outside the qualitative personal domain.

The truth is without getting racist or too scientific qualitative his-pan-ics and blacks don’t exist. Hispanic is not necessarily a race but a social initiative outline. The idea behind the hispanic group is that they all have a common ancestor. Not necessarily a common race, even though the idea of common phenotype permutates it’s not a definite prerequisite. The only way this could be afforded was by brokering; sometimes it comes with extreme negligence. Otherwise their problems would step into someone else’s domain. So for safeguard one has reservations. The other doesn’t. The burden lowered on one when they started a permissible and transferable deed. The problem is where is this deed honored?
