The temperature differentiation makes it harder to fall asleep and stay asleep. Otherwise if you make sure you are in a pitch black room and its a consistent schedule you will be fine.
Anthropology studies have shown humans usually slept around midnight and woke up around 10am. So theoretically its probably the best sleep schedule.
