>>11103748Lifelong straight edge here. Last year I tried cocaine, crack, heroin, cannabis, alcohol, smoking, mephedrone, MDMA and methamphetamine. I'd rate crack as the worst, you want more within 10 minutes and it's a literal voice in your head telling you to get crack. Not good. It also completely fucks your throat and lungs, I couldn't breathe properly for days. Number 2 I would say is meth, it's basically just a slower acting crack, like crack you instantly crave more and it eventually scrambles your brain.
Number 3 I'm going to give to cocaine, gave me chest pains, fucked up my nose every time. I never felt it was particularly addictive but it is really hard on your body. Smoking felt sort of similar, a quick buzz with less of the heavy symptoms from coke but I found it a little more addictive
Going to be really controversial here but heroin felt like one of the safest drugs out of all that I tried. the effects were long lasting so I wasn't constantly craving it, didn't twist my mind up and there were pretty much zero side effects. Just don't inject it/take large amounts/do it every day. THE ONLY PROBLEM IS IT FEELS TOO GOOD. I am not going to go as far as to say alcohol is worse but I felt that it really wasn't much safer than a lot of these so-called hard drugs. Awful side effects, horrible withdrawals, addled my brains it's amazing it's legal.
Weed was generally fine except that it gave me a bad trip. People are right that it's safer than alcohol but the risk of psychosis is way understated. This risk could be reduced if it were legalized so that concentrations were regulated
