I went jogging in the morning when the sun just rose, and I saw a bright dot in the sky. It got brighter and brighter to a point it was brighter than an ordinary star. That lasted for perhaps 3 seconds until it faded until it became invisible. Mind you the sky was bright and you couldn‘t see any other stars. It wasn’t a plane or drone either, as it wasn‘t moving.

Can any astrofags explain what I saw?
