Also could they show that white males typically just had higher CAC levels versus other groups, for the same physical activity? Its possible that since men with higher PA also have to consume more food they naturally built up more toxins in their body due to the limited rate of the removal of such materials, assuming it's a flat rate. I'm no expert though just guessing, it seems weird that JUST increasing physical activity would result in reduced health of arteries.
