There's also a huge misunderstanding you have about gene editing because you can't realistically alter a large amount of somatic cells. Absolutely no one is editing their own DNA to change their phenotype overnight because that's impossible.
Also, 'injecting' CRISPR into your bloodstream wouldn't even do anything. You'd need it to be inside the nucleus of the cell you're trying to edit. What mechanisms are you suggesting to import the protein into the cell and into the nucleus without it being digested? What genes would you even target to 'get smarter' or increase muscle mass?
Please finish at least gradeschool before posting these things.
