After each calculus lecture, if you failed to understand the content of the lecture, give yourself two hours of quiet study to go over your notes, and test your understanding of the content. If you pass your test, then you are catching up! If you flunk your test, then you need to get on grindr, and bottom for free. The first lecture you flunk, you have to fuck one guy. The second lecture you flunk, you have to fuck two guys, the third lecture you flunk, you have to fuck three guys, and so on, and so forth. Eventually, you will either get your head in the game, and start catching up on your calculus class, or you will spend the rest of the semester developing your only marketable skill.
