Most are conservative, it's weird, it stems from a freedom of choice religious thing, a "I know better than them because I have christ on my side" thing, very evangelical. I say this as someone who really doesnt mind religion, has no stake in it, just observe facebook groups for entertainment in pseudoscience.
I agree though that there is a small hippie/liberal pocket, and a mentally ill pocket of "government conspiracies". It's really just people who believe idiotic infographics and are disenfranchised with modern medicine because of bullshit anecdotal experiences reinforced by spastic social media posts.
