I've never even attempted to verify any of those things and I don't know anyone who has.
What experiments can I perform to verify the dynamo model is correct with 100% certainty?

There is a way. Seismographs that trace the shock waves produced by tectonic movements detect a discontinuity inside the Earth's internal structure that signals there is a change in the elements it's made of or the state of matter.

That's some convincing evidence, I would hazard to guess.
I can't think of any reason in particular why the dynamo model would be incorrect.
I mainly replied to OP because I wanted him to answer these questions for himself, you know.. the socratic method.
Thanks for contributing, though.
I'm curious what OP believes could constitute as an alternate model with even a 1% probability of existence, and his reasons for thinking that.

This is what I've learned at the uni but most of my teachers still say that the tectonic plates are a theory, they never say it's a fact. It's like if it was evolution. Most of the scientific community take it as a fact but it's still just a theory.

But is there any other differing view about it?

You're studying stem science at university and you don't know about theories?
Bruv in science a theory is not a guess that could be wrong, it is a reliable conceptual model which is supported by all available evidence.

For example, these strata marked by the discontinuities in the seismological readings are predicted by the theoretical model (theory for short).
The theory doesn't come from interpreting the data, the theory makes predictions that are either confirmed or denied by the data. A theory is good if the data confirms its predictions.

Put it this way, when I was a kid the Earth had a solid iron core surrounded by a liquid mantle. Now the core is liquid rock. This shit is all guesswork based on measurements of temperature, magnetism, etc.

Also the Nimitz Incident points to an underground "vril" civilization that would need extensive caverns at least and quite possibly a hollow interior to the planet.
