To those of you criticizing me for not getting a masters or doing more with my life, you don't even know my situation. I was a coach, class advisor, ran various clubs for the students, was involved with our union and contract negotiations, did private tutoring, mentored new teachers, had student teachers of my own. My typical day at school was 12 hours and the work didn't end there. I would correct papers, lesson plan, or have to analyze data when I got home. I just had no time let alone money to go back to school or learn a new trade. With hindsight being 20/20 I would have done my masters right after my undergrad but at the time I was over $90,000 and going deeper in debt didn't seem like something I wanted to do at the time.
Keep any suggestions coming, I greatly appreciate the positive comments that are coming and giving me something to think about, thank you guys.
