If we do live in a multiverse in which there are infinite universes so infinite things have happened, wouldn't we know about it? i mean wouldn't there be one which had figured out a way to communicate with us? either that or it's impossible to ever communicate with them? pic related.

Its the only formulation that can interpret the twin slit experiement and keep self consistency.

We already use quantum tunneling in electron tunnelling microscopes and QT injection in, for example, MRAM. You're using, at this moment, a computer that performs actions only possible with QM and some specific actions are only explained in MW.

You misunderstand infinity.

Let's say I have an infinite number of marbles. In that infinite sea of marbles every 100 googol of them is a red marble. There are literally an infinite number of red marbles.

You will never find one. In an infinite multiverse you assume incorrectly that a civilization with the capacity to communicate across multiverses would be able to find us in an infinite sea of garbage.

Since there are infinite universes, even if the chances of something happening are infinitesimally low, there will be a universe were the event happens. So if you write a message on paper and burn the paper, it is certain that in some universe random quantum fluctuation will cause your message to appear. So the idea of communication becomes meaningless similar to the Library of Babel.

There could easily be something like attenuation of multiversal signals which there is no way around. Say there's some tiny fraction of universes that can send messages. The number of universes that receive messages might limited in the same sense that you'd need an arbitrarily powerful radio transmitter to send a radio broadcast over an arbitrarily large distance.
